Church Partnership

At Oasis Church Waterloo we want to be as inclusive and as responsive to our own setting as we can be. With that in mind we have developed the concept of Church Partnership.

Oasis Church Waterloo is part of the great tradition of the Christian church, which continues to gather together in many different settings and styles, worldwide. No one church is identical to another, though many share similar values and ideals. One issue where churches differ is on their approach to membership.

Church Partnership gives you the opportunity to make a commitment to Oasis Church Waterloo and to play your full part in our community as we work together to achieve our vision and goals.

So, if you are a committed Christian and are looking for a church community to belong to, or you are looking for a place to ask life's big questions, and you're in agreement with the vision and values of Oasis Church Waterloo, then you are very welcome to become a Partner. 

Ways for Church Partners to Get Involved

JOIN A SMALL GROUP Small groups play a vital part in the pastoral life of our church. They meet during the week at various times. Small groups develop great support and deeper relationships.

SIGN UP AS A SUNDAY VOLUNTEER We rely on a team of committed singers, musicians, cooks, welcomers, tea & coffee makers, children's and youth workers, offering counters, readers and much more to help with or morning and evening services

HELP OUT MIDWEEK We have a variety of ways to serve others through the week's activities.

GET INVOLVED WITH OUR COGS Join one of our Community Groups or maybe even start a new one.

TAKE FIVE MINS EACH DAY Use it to rest from life's busyness and to pray for someone else who is part of Oasis Church Waterloo

BECOME AN INVESTOR IN OUR VISION Please consider supporting the church community regularly by standing order or by using the Gift Aid envelopes when making a gift. This enables us to continue serving and helping to transform our community.

       

We ask that Church Partners are open to finding ways - appropriate to them - to give towards the life and work of Oasis Church Waterloo.
